Hotel Paramount Tower

The hotel stay was absolutely perfect. The accessibility for food, pool and the hotel is in the city centre it was easy to find things and get transport. And the beach was very close to the hotel. But was a little disappointed about the service. The rendered service was absolutely wonderful. But after eating the food there was no one to come clean or take away the plates. We had food in the night and all the plates and glasses were dried till morning and was messy. I had to use one of my cloth to clean the mess on the table after they took the plates no help came to clean the table. Apart from that all good

This is the worst hotel my friends and I have ever gone to. We had the worst experience here. First of all they have terrible room service. The staff was shouting at us for asking to give us some towels. They don't even know what is broomstick. They don't have ice pack, heat pad, thermometer, phone charger, hair dryer, etc. The food was horrible. The chicken was not properly washed and cooked. Whenever we ask the room service or reception anything they gave us our order after hours. When they come for room service they only make the bed. The geyser does not work. As the hotel is right in front of the train station, at night we hear loud engine noises. Most importantly the bathroom flush does not work. The t.v. does not work. They don't even change garbage bags. As two rooms were connected, we could hear the other room making noise. The bathroom is very small and dirty. They didn't even provide cloth hangers. The fan's speed is very slow. It doesn't make a difference if it is turned on or off . Overall I would not recommend any of you guys to have a stay in this hotel.

Only had the food here. Not stayed. We ordered Mandi. The food was normal quality. Not recommended. But the ambience and atmosphere is calm and clean. Felt a semi-luxurious mood in dine area. Rate also affordable for food.

The plug points in the room were loose, which made charging devices a hassle. Despite being marketed as a 4-star property, the overall experience falls slightly short of 4-star standards. We booked two rooms for 4700, which felt reasonable given the amenities provided. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking SM Street and the railway station. Overall, Hotel Paramount Tower is a good choice for its strategic location and reasonable pricing, but there's room for improvement in maintaining its 4-star promise.

Had a really disappointing experience at Paramount Tower. The biggest issue was with the parking - it was a complete mess. What made it worse was the attitude of the person managing it. Shockingly unprofessional and outright insulting, especially towards women drivers. It's 2025, and this kind of behavior is just unacceptable. Honestly, the whole experience left a bad taste. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are way better options in Calicut where guests are treated with basic respect.

Worst experience , because we had food from there it was very nice and delicious but we ordered butter nan and butter chicken parsal but the cheated given burned nan and burned chiken

This place is not properly maintained. Rooms are spacious. However, the plug points were loose, I had to try many tricks to start charging my phone. There was a kettle that wouldn't heat up. The toilet looked clean but it stinked. The flush buttons had trouble working smoothly. Strangely, I had to go through long episodes of noisy drilling and hammering right after midnight! Who would choose to do such maintenance work at midnight in a hotel!!
