Its a ghost house. Untidy rooms, poorly maintained area. Pipes, wash basins inside the bathrooms, doors and locks are broken. But if you want only sleep then you can opt it. Very cheap rates. Double rooms start at 400 per day. There is no TV in the rooms. Only plus point is its location near railway station.
