Service is very good.. Staffs are very friendly But the room is just avarage.. Maintains is very poor, tv is not working properly, remote control is broken, i connected tv to my mobile to use.. Batroom also not good shower is not working.. And the towel is the wrost thing..... I believe they will consider this.. Hotel is just avarege.. But for the price it not worth it

The rooms were large but the facilities were minimal. The building is old and is reflected in its bathrooms and wardrobes. Some rooms have tables but ensure your room has a table while collecting the key. Its an overpriced stay for >2000 (the rate I paid for one night). I wouldn't recommend it for a family. One good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the private bus stand and other areas. Also ample parking space was available. The staff and their attitude was appreciable during my period of stay.

Parking is available to a limited level. It is located in a very nice area, which is centre of the town. Mr.Nawaz who is the Manager there is very helpful and a practical person, who understands our requests and does it very fast because of the good management skills he has and a very good team. |If requested they make tea and give it, for food we may have to go outside the hotel, or there are hotels which will bring food to this hotel.|The rooms in this hotel is spacious and neat. |The rates are not very costly, when compared to the nearby hotels.|

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and easily accessible.Rooms ate large and clean.But rate is not value for money.Rooms don't have intercoms,kettle not available.At a price of 1200 it's worth.

Worst property ever stayed ,very unprofessional staffs.Will not recommend for family.I didn't ask for anything, your behaviour to customer is very bad and nothing as getting the price.Also see you replied me about anything I didn't asked.

Staff was good, but the overall experience was bad. No bathroom essentials were provided initially. Upon asking they provided a towel and a soap. Worst for this money. Room was decent. But overall it's not worth the money.

It's the budget qulity. Pros. It provides ease of access to many famous spots. Rue reception is very responsive and fast. The room service response is good. The best thing is that it is at the heart of the city and so toy simply need to only walk to have a relaxing time. Cons. The rooms try to be of high quality but it is soo hard to figure out what switch is for what electronic device. The cupboards are just wood and haven't been polished or finished. The room size would be of its money type but not its furnitures. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend's unless you're booking from oyo because it the price then becomes more reasonable.

The rooms were decent and well appointed. The service was unspeakable since for each need the house keeping staff had to be contacted and reminded several times. The breakfast is oncluded in the charges but there is no buffet. They simply bring something of their choice from a restaurant they pleased. What was served to us was a completely inedible mess (that in Calicut famous for hospitality, good quality food of wide variety). The location next door to R P Mall and across the New Bus Station is excellent. But an avoidable pain in an area dotted with several decent places to stay.
