Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I recently booked a room at this hotel and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The moment I entered the room, it was dirty, smelled absolutely terrible, and the toilet tap and flush didn't even work. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. I immediately went to the reception to request a room change, but the staff didn't care at all. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, like I was staying there for free or asking for a favor. I had to request three times just to be taken seriously, and still, nothing was done. Honestly, I tried to tolerate the bad smell and dirty conditions, but a broken toilet is beyond tolerable. This hotel clearly has no interest in guest comfort or hygiene. Do yourself a favor and do not book this place. Terrible service, awful rooms, and zero responsibility from the staff.

We took a room for 3 people and the first person's room is not clean, when we turn on the AC, insects come,, the room is covered, hair and bed cover are all gone in my room, there is dirt and dust on the side, when we asked them, their management has changed. Got the feeling of being in a lodge..thank you gays

Recently had a stay in this hotel,and hotel rooms are not clean,lot of insects are coming,and hotel staff behaviour is not also good.

Paatta nammale parappikkum. Room cleanliness is 2/10. The pillow are very smelly and feels very unhygienic.

3rd class service... room's smelling like toilet.. bathroom was dirty. Overpriced room without any good service...veg breakfast was good only...

I booked the deluxe room in this hotel through MMT. This hotel is located at 6th and 7th floors of Emarald mall. Great advantage of this hotel is its location as it is in the middle of city. It is nearby to Baby memorial hospital, just a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, washroom are also spacious and tidy. However rooms need maintenance as there are some water damage on walls as colour was flickering out due to water leakage specially on bathroom wall. Even AC was also leaking however it was in working condition. Bedding and linens were clean and tidy. Service was prompt and sufficiently good. Toiletries were provided on request. Staff were cooperative and professional. Still there is need of some improvement in the services. I haven't experienced the food quality of hotel as I preferred food from outside as there are multiple options available just next to this hotel. Lobby and corridor were spacious however lift is quite congested. As hotel is at the middle of the city it is well connected. Railway station is hardly 2-3 km away from the hotel and cab or auto rickshaw is easily available. There are multiple options for food in nearby vicinity. So all in all it is a good deal.

One of the worst hotel @ mavoor road..No professional service..Rooms are not properly cleaned..worst Lift. Staffs are getting lowest salary. So don't expect better service

One of the worst hotel experience of my life. AC was barely functioning.Bathroom was very dirty and there was hair clogging the drain.The service was awful and the room smelled really bad.Never coming back again.Think twice before booking this hotel.
