CALICUT PALM RESIDENCY

Decent Stay with Scope for Improvement Stayed here at base rates with standard facilities. The rooms were average but could definitely be cleaner. There was constant water on the floor, likely due to leakage from the AC or washroom doors. Additionally, the AC swing function wasn't working properly. Breakfast was provided, which was a plus. The staff were generally good and responsive. However, hygiene needs more attention -- the spoons and plates were not cleaned properly. We raised this concern with the receptionist, but the response was limited to a simple apology, with no immediate action taken. Overall, a stay with potential if cleanliness and maintenance are improved.

Devendra from the hotel was very helpful. From early checkin to allowing to keep the bag in the hotel, till I catch my bus. Impressed by the service. The rooms are decent. For the price I paid, I believe they're good. Location is in the middle of the city and very close to highway also, if you want to travel other cities.

Experience was very good especially location very good very silent area cam and quiet place rooms also good neet and clean but bed arrangements not good they given me 2 singles bed coat arranged in a one double bed.thats not comfort to sleep

Staff service very very bad.. Dont even know how to behave with a customer.. And information given was wrong.. Price changes per person.. When one called said 1600,and when one of our friend called said 1700.. Very Very bad experience we had

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was poor, and the rooms were not maintained well. The bed was so dusty that I ended up sneezing multiple times. To make things worse, there was no water in the pipes when I woke up in the morning. Even after informing the staff, it took over 3 hours with no resolution. Overall, I was really unsatisfied with the service and upkeep of this place.

Neat and clean rooms and their customer service was good. provided breakfast also.
