This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life , please don't go there, rooms are not really good , also they don't even provide a bottle of water or even a blanket in normal rooms . And the AC rooms weren't available at the time i went there.. it's too hot in normal rooms. The only plus point is the staff are good.

One of the Worst Place to Stay in Kozhikode!! Rude Receptionist and they charged twice as much as they tell in call. Fraud Hotel..!! Hot Water not working..!! TV not working..!! AC not working..!! But Pricing is double than other hotels.

Not a friendly residency. The man at reception behaves in a manner that he's not interested in getting a customer and acts accordingly. When we asked for AC Room upgrade he retorted that no AC rooms are available. Just few minutes ago he told us the rate for AC rooms. There was a plastic basin at the washroom below the tap to sore water for bathing. We were exclaimed whether it was some sort of mini bathtub from their part! And there was blockage in the drainage from the beginning just like the mosquito paying a visit at nights.

The property is touching national highway and centrally located. Although the rooms are old but well maintained. No pure vegetarian option in-house restaurant. Independent geyser unit fitted in the bathroom does not provide hot water for the shower. Except this small issue, the bathrooms are clean and classy. Overall I will rate it @ 3.8 on 5.

An older property with competitive pricing. Indian coffee house is attached to this property. Ample car parking available. As it's in the central CBD, transportation especially autos are easily available. Check for amenities, hot water etc if you are particular.

If you are looking for medium facilities hotel Aradhana is a best choice. Neat rooms. Clean toilet. Parking available. Veg and non veg foods served by Indian Coffee House.

Neat place with 90 rooms including 4 and 5 bed rooms. 12 AC rooms. Indian Coffe House within premises. Easy to reach from railway station. Easy to get rooms. Neat rooms with good room service. Arranges and serves breakfast/lunch/diner for small(50) to medium (300) gatherings.

We booked a couple of rooms there for some guests last week (no advance payment was required by them. we confirmed the availability and made a note in the register not to ask guests for payment and we will pay it) and the room was booked a month in advance. Our guests had a terrible experience there. Firstly, they were asked to move from the room the very first day they came. Secondly, no hot water was provided as promised. Finally, they made our guests pay for the stay eventhough it was CLEARLY mentioned on the register and we will pay it. The staff entered the room even without knocking to ask them to move. No basic courtesy and no value for promise. Will NEVER recommend or book there again!!!
