The Beige Hotel

I really wish I could give 5 star for service. I was alone and landed at 11:30 pm at Kozancherry and there was no public transport to the hotel. I called the hotel staff and requested for a pickup however no response. It's ok, I think we Indians are little far from such services.

It was a nice and luxurious stay.Very nice. Extremely comfortable. Had a wonderful stay there. Rooms are spacious. Clean and well maintained. Had a awesome experience.Food quality was so good. Infact variety and quality both were of top rating in terms of food.Overall the experience we had was amazing. The front office team with their warm welcome. Upgraded to higher category. Very bad experience Rooms are not clean and un hygienic.very bad experience. Staff behaviour not good

Ordered a biriyani and a fruit salad. The biriyani was ice cold and it took a long time to be served. The fruit salad only contained a few pieces of apples, water melon and pineapple, nothing else and the fruits were not fresh. Many of the menu items were not available. Total waste of money.

One of the best biriyani's you would get in this locality blended with a touch of kozhikode flavour. Customer service ,just awesome .

Nice clean rooms and good service. Would have given them a full five stars had they not forgotten to keep water and tea/coffee powder in my room. I stayed only for a night and spend very little time in the room. I had informed them I would be checking in late, but they didn't keep drinking water in the room and calls to the reception and other numbers given in the room went unanswered. Finally we had to go down and buy water from the 24/7 shop inside the hotel.

Very bad experience nothing much experience very bad exhaust and air conditioning and a bad and do not need approach from the waiters why you are running a shop like this........
