I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions - taxi stand, beach, art gallery, main market. One of the standout aspects was the delicious food. You can tell the chefs really care about quality. But what truly made the stay memorable was the amazing staff. They were not only professional but also extremely humble and always happy to help. Their warm smiles and attentive service made us feel right at home. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great food and service.

I had booked super deluxe room and they allocated some local lodge kind of room for my family. The room facilities and images on the site was totally different. After raising the concern , we got a better room. I had to shift my all luggage from old to new room The property is not well maintained. The condition of the lift is pathetic . The buffet breakfast was decent . But overall it was horrible stay and not recommended for family.

Apart the infrastructure, the team is very helpful. In fact they have Help Desk beyond Reception. Prompt and responsive young Team means Value for Money. Hagen maintained across the complex. Wish them all the best especially due to the Delicious Food and Quality Dining Hall, Prompt and Hot Servings. Overall the experience is very nice and Value For Money. All the best Team Puja

Location and services are great. Rooms and property needs maintenance as most of rooms looked to be old with no phones available in room, However they have provided a mobile number for any kind of room service or assistance from reception so it was good. Overall experience was great with kind of staff and services they provide. Limited options for breakfast as they have pure vegetarian restaurant still the provided option are good. Property is very near to Samudra Beach(50 meters) only, we enjoyed strolling at night on the beach and the sunrise in morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The room was not well maintained -- the lamps were broken and in the bathroom, the screws of the towel hanger were pulled out, which reflected poor upkeep. At check-in, the staff was a bit rude, which didn't make for a great first impression. On the brighter side, the breakfast had a few good options. The coffee was really good, and the aloo paratha was tasty. The idli was decent, but the chutney was completely bland and lacked flavor. Overall, the stay didn't meet expectations, especially in terms of room maintenance and service. I hope the management takes note and improves on these aspects.

A best buy hotel with a great touch for north indian with a great garden view also have beach view within a few steps only. The reception have a great lovely guy Mr Praveen Agrawal with a welcoming smile on face reminding us the culture"Padhaaro Saa". I had a feeling of own home ,food and people playing indi songs after a huge tour starting from Hyderabad to mallikarjun, tirupati, madurai, kanyakumari and trivendrum.

Terrible Experience - Not Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The bedsheets had visible stains, lipstick which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The washrooms were also not properly cleaned, with noticeable dirt and an unpleasant odor. For the price charged, I expected much better maintenance and basic hygiene. This experience left a very poor impression, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

I'm relieved I booked this hotel for just one night. The hospitality was poor, and the stay was far from comfortable. The hand shower had a rusty holder that fell on my head, the AC remote was broken, there was no hot water, and the bedsheet was stained. WiFi was only provided when specifically requested. People book hotels to relax and have a good time, not to constantly run to the receptionist for basic necessities. Unfortunately, even the essentials were missing here. To make matters worse, the receptionist asked me to delete my review, promising to provide whatever I needed--something that should have been handled without any discussion.
