Sea Flower Beach Resort

I recently stayed at this resort with my family. While the location was perfect, the overall experience was disappointing due to the staff's poor behavior, especially towards my children. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and a handwash kit were not provided. When we requested them, the staff rudely responded, "Buy them from the market." Additionally, no complimentary water bottle was provided in the room, and we were asked to purchase it from outside. This lack of hospitality and unprofessional attitude made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this resort to anyone expecting even basic courtesy and service.

Hey guys please don't go this resort , I feel unsafe very bad experiance, manager don't know how to behave with the lady he is very rude and angry , I ask for luggage please bring my luggage he told me you have to bring why me and angry and tell don't tell me like this , I don't know where I was wrong, any hotel this facility to bring luggage from your room, please guys my trip was very upset to this behave like this and also one experiance I am sharing we have booked room and hotel staff provide my booked room another guest and manager told me please adjust. So you think and book . I feel very bad to this manager behaviour.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a great location right across from the beach with some rooms offering a nice corner beach view, that's about where the positives end. This hotel is more suited for singles, short stays, or boys' group bookings rather than families or long-term guests. The floors near the beach get salty, which makes it uncomfortable to walk around. Additionally, the room service is very poor. Bedspread changes and basic services require constant follow-ups, and you can expect a minimal experience overall. There's no TV in the rooms, so the stay is basically just a place to sleep and get ready. On top of that, the hotel lacks proper payment facilities. They don't accept credit card payments directly and instead ask for cash or UPI, even going as far as to charge extra for credit card payments through a third-party service. The worst part of my stay was the checkout process, which was very unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're looking for a very basic and budget-friendly place to stay near the beach.

From the moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient check-in. My room was truly impressive - spacious, decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the hotel's commitment to hygiene and cleanliness. The entire property was meticulously maintained, with staff constantly ensuring everything was spotless. The reception team were always available to assist with any queries or requests. Overall, this hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient basic room to stay, look no further! I can't wait to return and experience it all again.

Booked this room through the MakeMyTrip app. The room is nothing like what is shown in the app. The photos when booking this property wats showing a sea facing room with some decent views. The room is on the ground floor and has a single window. Since the room is behind a staircase there was no view. After entering the room there was this unpleasant smell. There was not a single bottle of water in there but they provided it once we asked. There were no chairs to sit in. The bathroom was not clean, The toilet and shower handle looked too unclean to touch and the worst part was the bathroom door, which had no locks. The absolute worst part, they will switch off the electricity to the room when we step out. This is after we have paid 2500 for a day Do not put your phone charging and step out.

Sea Flower Beach Resort in Kovalam offers a mixed bag of experiences. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly Anil Chetan, the caretaker. He was a welcoming and helpful host whose presence made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The sea-facing A/C room we chose had a fantastic view, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the serene beach atmosphere. However, there were several drawbacks that need attention. The room furniture and doors are not well-maintained, with corroded locks that feel flimsy and raise safety concerns. The bathroom and toilet were also disappointing, clearly lacking proper upkeep. Dont get me wrong though, the place was very tidy. It was evident that the photos on the website likely represent the property when it was newly constructed, as the current condition didn't match those expectations. Additionally, only the first water bottle is complimentary; any extras need to be purchased. Car parking is another downside--it's not available on-site, which we missed noticing before booking. Public parking is available on the other side of the hotel, but it requires a 700-meter walk through the beach to reach the resort. While this adds a certain charm for some, it could be inconvenient for others. The view and accessibility to the beach are definite positives, and the place may be better suited for solo travelers rather than couples, given its current state. Despite the drawbacks, we had a decent stay overall, thanks to the location and the efforts of Anil Chetan. However, some much-needed maintenance and better amenities could significantly improve the experience.

The location is just 50 meter only from beach. We had booked rooms through MakeMyTrip at cheap rates they gave us ground floor room with broken door and toilet must check this before since we do prepaid online we get such services afterwards. The bottle given for each room is 1 for 24 hours and 1 soap. Since 1star hotel. No breakfast and no lunch option inside the hotel stay but can find plenty of options for Nom Veg and less options for Vegeterian like Annam restaurant we found good option and for breakfast behind this hotel for idli in early morning.

Behavior of those people are not good after paying the amount. View is not good. Simply don't get disappointed here. No parking facility. Dirty rooms
