OYO 13590 Saanvi Beach Resort

This place shows pictures of pool but the pool is of the Hotel next door. If u want to use pool you must pay 200 rupees per person per head. And you don't get a receipt for that. Also hot water is from 5 to about 9 . We had hot water some times but some days no hot water. Breakfast is from 8:30 to 9? Really on a holiday u need to be up at 8 to have a dosi with a gravy that had a few veg in it.. We had to request toast n that was an argument. No eggs. Not even bolied. The location is good but you can walk on the beach and get another hotel with a good breakfast and reasonable time. As for the manager he was non existent. We never seen him at all. The manager from the other hotel Jaanvi assisted us.

Ac not working at all. We booked 4 four rooms and 1 had no power at all we adjusted in 3 rooms. Worst experience. I wish to not rate at all bt 1 being the least i m giving them that. They dont deserve any rating. Plz dont go for it.

Room was good, water leakage in washroom, hopeless customer service... We had lost our way following map but hotel people nobody helped us to carry out luggage as parking was far off from beach .. booking was done a day before still room was no cleant... v waited for an hour .. neighbour people alos was not aware of this resort no sign boards HOPELESS SERVICE

I booked this hotel via oyo. It was the first time I had a bad experience like this. I've waited for 2 hours to connect with the receptionist and checkin. From night 2'O clock to 4'O clock I was in the road just because of these guys . No parking space nothing.

Perfect location In budget.located just in front of lighthouse beach. Hotel Service is excellent. Rooms are specious And clean.

Nice room, comfort stay at near beach & iam staying two days so excited her servicing &room fecility, so happy

Room was located near to beach... But u have to go by walk 500m aftr parking ur vehicle in hawa hotel parking place.. and food available in nearby is costly, but no choice...

Good hotel for budget peoples. Great experience. Beach view is awesome..
