Hotel Sea View Palace - The Beach Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Sea View Palace and had a mostly pleasant experience. The room and washroom were neat and clean, and the room itself was quite comfortable. The best part was the balcony view--overlooking the beautiful Lighthouse Beach, which was truly blissful. We checked in around 11 AM, as our mobile booking app allowed for early check-in, and the check-out time was 12 PM the next day. Everything was going well until the next morning when, around 11 AM, the power was suddenly switched off. Initially, I thought it was a power cut, but later, I realized the hotel had intentionally turned it off. When I inquired at the reception, the uncle there casually said that power wouldn't be back until the evening. This was a very disappointing response--if another guest had checked in, would they have waited until evening for electricity? This kind of behavior was completely unacceptable and something I have never experienced in any other hotel. I sincerely request the hotel authorities to inform guests in advance if they need to turn off the power for any reason. Unexpectedly cutting it off creates a bad impression and can ruin an otherwise great stay. Aside from this issue, I genuinely loved the property, and the overall experience was enjoyable. If they fix such inconveniences, it would be a perfect place to stay!

Only good about this hotel is close to beach and view. Rooms below average , no hot water in the morning. Location - No option to reach by Vehicle directly. Have to park vehicle bit far in the parking space available and carry luggage self or hotel staff. Restaurant serves Non veg.

The Hotel is only some meters away from the Beach. You Can eat at the restaurant Next to Hotel. The staff is very polite, helpful in every aspect. The rooms are clean also with ac. I would Highly recommend this Hotel. Stay there You will love it. They take good care and also handle Short-term requests for availability. They really want to fullfill every wish Whats possible for them.

It's really very nice. We have visited last week and out check out was at 4am and there too hotel staffs have helped us a lot. Location of the hotel is just awesome.Food served in the restaurant is also good.

I stayed at Hotel Sea View Palace, Kovalam recently. What a wonderful place it is. The location is breathtakingly wonderful, with Arabian Sea views and everything. Room was spacious and clean, good bed, nice modern amenities. Hotel stuff has been friendly and courteous. Overall, I'd give Hotel Sea View Palace 4 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing stay in Kovalam, this hotel is an excellent choice! Rating: 4/5 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience at See View Palace on Kovalam Beach. The hotel failed to meet even basic expectations in terms of like no water in bathroom, room services and food. 1. Water pressure in bathroom is very low. Even you will not be able to clean hand properly in the basin. 2. Room Service: The service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Despite multiple requests, the staff did not attend to issues on time. Since there is only 1-2 staff person max. Basic amenities were either missing or not replenished during the stay. 3. Food: The quality of food was subpar, with limited options and an unhygienic dining environment. The taste was not up to the mark, and the overall experience was disappointing. 4. Long powee cut in the hotel. In the day tgere was around 3 hour power cut even in very hot day. We were sweating all the time. No power backup. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very bad experience, and there are much better options available in Kovalam for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Just near the beach and on the way to the light house from here . Amazing view . Can feel the air of the beach. Clean and great rooms Good for family stay
