For that price, it is definitely one of the best hotels on the various Kovalam beaches. |The location is perfect, not to say ideal. Direct short access to the coast, one of the best.|Excellent organization, despite the somewhat worn out equipment, the rooms are clean enough and well maintained. |The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed there for 21st and 22nd November 2024 with my family on the first floor deluxe room. The location is very nice just on the beach. But the cleanliness could have been much better. The hot water supply was not continuous. The rooms are quite big with bath tub in the bathroom but the curtains and the blanket needed more attention. One can enjoy the sea just sitting in the wide balcony.

Great location, once you get there. Taxi can only get you so close (to the Peacock Hotel carpark) and then you have to walk the maze to find the hotel. Good aircon and wifi. Hot water in the shower sometimes works.

Stayed at this property 4 days in November-December 2024. It is a very good value for the price. The direct access to the beach, less than 50 meters, makes it a very enjoyable place to stay at the Light House Beach. The accommodation was well-maintained and toilets were spotless. The manager, Mr. Deepu, is a very helpful creative individual and can be accessed almost round the clock. The location may be a bit tricky to navigate with Google Maps if one is driving directly to the hotel. The vehicle need to be parked at some distance and have to make a very short walk to the property. This is managed by calling the manager, Deepu to obtain the google maps link and arrange pickup of baggage from parking area and guide one to the hotel. It was a very pleasant and joyful stay.

The most budget friendly stay in our Kerala Trip in Light house beach...with awesome view of Arabian sea and tasty food. The furniture, spacious rooms, open veranda looking sea was all too good for a peaceful and serene stay.

The location could not have been any before ter. The balcony is directly facing the Lighthouse and the beach. The rooms are neat and clean. It has the Santana restaurant downstairs, where we had most of our meals. Our complimentary breakfast was also included here. Good stay. Good experience.

We had one of the finest experience with them. During our stay, I forgot a pair of clothes and my bluetooth earbuds in the cupboard. Easily worth more than Rs. 5000. But, thanks to this honest guy named Vineeth, I got it home delivered in a matter of days. This is a beautiful beach where you can chill and relax, and this hotel has some simple and affordable rooms during peak season of December.

Despite this, we had a pleasant stay overall.
