Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach

I had a great stay at Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach Resort. The location is beautiful, right next to the beach, and very peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, and the whole place had a relaxing vibe. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Would definitely come back again!

This is a 2* hotel, nothing 5* about it! Avoid as there are much better options out there. We spent two nights here. The worst staff attitude and service we received in India. Positives: The rooms are nice, clean and spacious Bed is big and comfortable Nice views Negatives: I try to keep this short.. the staff is not good, customer service os poor, the WWW bar is not great, drinks take 15-20 minutes to arrive, and when they do you get half the glass of cocktails. The bar seats are the most uncomfortable I've ever had the pleasure sitting on and as they charge such premium prices you'd expect much better than that. The hotel decor is cheap and tacky with disturbing garden ornaments everywhere, they are a cross between sea creatures and human fingers. The gym is very basic, not being cleaned since we were there and not restocked with water. The chairs in the rooms balcony are really uncomfortable to sit on.. The worst of all is check out process where you feel like being interrogated by hotel management why the dissatisfaction and then being followed out till you car to make them promise you don't write a bad review.

The resort enjoys an excellent location, just a short 5-minute walk from Kovalam Beach. It provides breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, making every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with private balconies offering stunning ocean views. The Arabian Sea view rooms are particularly impressive. The Catamaran restaurant serves a variety of cuisines to cater to diverse tastes, and the breakfast buffet is splendid with a wide selection of dishes. The staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Over all Gokulam Grand is very nicest and wonderful place for staycation with family and friends. The name itself is very interesting. The gym facilities and pool service is excellent. Thank you for the excellent service.The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Like i was living in a dreamy moment.

Excellent view to the beautiful Arabian sea from the suit room in 5th floor. Entire beach is visible from Gokulamz The food was very tasty and menu was excellenty chosen according to the mood of the guests. The staffs were very friendly and informative to the Kovalam touring . Wish to come again and again . Good ambience, friendly staff, good view of the sea. Feel like coming again. Food was good. Had a comfortable stay. Had a great time in the property with our kids. The access to the beach is just 5mints which is another good factor. Will be visiting back.
