The Leela Kovalam, a Raviz Hotel

Great food and beautiful view!! The service was amazing and they were really accommodating for us with a kid that doesn't eat spice. Highly recommend coming here at least once. The sunset was amazing with the breeze as it was a humid day. The atmosphere was great just a little tough in finding the restaurant.

One of the best hotels i have stayed till now. Hotel's location and hospitality is top notch. staff(Jadumoni and others) was very attentive and took good care of my kid. We went there for my wife's birthday and Shaleena and other members put extra efforts to make it special.

This has to be the most beautiful place we've ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous, and the sea view was just wow. We couldn't stop staring out the window!||But honestly, what made the experience so special was the people. The staff were just the nicest, warmest folks we've met - always smiling, checking in on us, and making sure everything was perfect. They really went out of their way to make us feel cared for. We've never seen hospitality like this before, and it made such a big difference.||Huge shoutout to Shaleena, Jitin (and some amazing people whose names I am forgetting now), you all were amazing and made our stay unforgettable.||We're already talking about coming back. If you're thinking about staying here - do it. You won't regret it.

Awesome location and service. Breakfast was superb but dinner was quite disappointing, though the spread was great the taste was questionable. Not sure if different chefs handle the different times. Rooms can definitely improve. Quite cramped for the price paid, though the view was to die for. Definitely not toddler friendly. The rooms have a couple of stairs that cannot be blocked plus the bathroom door does not lock from the outside which is a nightmare with a toddler. The bathroom floors are extremely slippery and my baby did have a bad fall too. Luckily nothing grave happened. All the complimentary toiletries and tea spread are literally hidden away in the never ending drawers and it is quite a treasure hunt. Even the refrigerator is locked and opened only on request. All the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were especially sweet to our baby and even sent us home with soft toys for the kiddo. Special mention to "Mitali" who helped us with a last minute birthday surprise and made the stay all the more special.

We had quite a wonderful stay with leela. It's not only about the view the staffs, the atmosphere all were made us so special. When coming to staffs naveen and naseem who are from front office made a great difference in terms of our stay. They always greeted with us warm smile.||Thankyou leela for hosting us

One of the best resort stays I've had!! I've traveled around the world and The Leela Kovalam is truly one of a kind property. The service, staff and ambience were impeccable. I want to especially mention Naseem who was part of our guest experience team. He was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay and made our experience so much better! Can't wait to come back with the whole family!

We booked the room for my children 2nd birthday celebration.. The tennis coach Sajin and Ms. Reshma gave a warm welcome.. Akansha was thereto assist us throughout the stay. She was very helpful to us and arranged everything thing for the celebration. The ambiance and the hospitality was up to the mark.Thank you Sajin , Akansha and Ms. Reshma for a warm welcome.
