I stayed here for a night with my parents. We booked a 3bed AC room and the room was beautiful. It had a beautiful view of the street. Everything was working properly and the room was extremely neat and clean. Smells nice too. The location is very close to all the nearby tourist spots and beaches. There's a tea shop and other restaurants just opposite to the hotel. The thing we loved the most is the BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF. They were extremely sweet and welcoming. Always smiling, always helping. We have come from a 8 day trip in South India and this was the most hospitable hotel we have come across. I would rate 10 stars and recommend Grand Harmony Beach Resort to everyone. Thank you so much for making our experience worthwhile. We will definitely come back here in the future if we ever decide to visit Kovalam again. Just a small request/suggestion- you can keep a hot water kettle just so we can boil water.

Service staff was very humble. Location is suited for those visiting kovalam beach. Temples are quite at distance. Overall I enjoyed the stay!
