I was searching for Ayurvedic Retreats all over the world I found many in Google.I was thinking which one to choose.Finally I choose Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort which is 15mins from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.I spend 14 days here for managing my chronic sciatic pain I was have disc bulge on my lumbar vertebrae.After 14days of Ayurvedic treatments like herbal pouches,massages,enemas, detoxification internal medicines prescribed by the inhouse Ayurvedic Dr strengthing exercises I found 80percnt of my pain is vanished.||I stayed in Superior Deluxe king room Room No.202.The room was very neat,clean and spacious.From the room balcony there was excellent view of Beach and Lake which was stunning and it made my mind relaxed .It was a heavenly filling staying in this room with lot of peace,the atmosphere here made me to forget my stress,family problems and it was like rebirth for me after this 14days treatment.I felt lot of changes in my body pains,felt rejuvenated and detoxified both internally and externally.|The food was made according to our body constitution and it was tasty as well as healthy.|The boat ride to other side of the property was a good experience and was unique.The resort has good a big swimming pool which was also great.The staffs were very kind,down to earth and helpful which made me realise why people call Kerala a God's own country.I felt very much pampered and had an incredible improvement in my Sciatica pain and osteoarthritis pain.|I will definitely come back again to this heaven|Highly recommend place for healing and for treatment of different disease conditions.

The location is peaceful and at the conjunction of a lagoon and ocean which offers a unique experience. The property is split into 2 parts separated by a lagoon. The part on the mainland has rooms, a swimming pool and a spa center. The other part has rooms and restaurant. The boat service is always available to ply people to and fro and it takes 2-3 mins tops. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had a decent spread. The adjacent beach is not crowded but it is not very clean.

We recently booked the resort for a day-out package. The charges were 900 per person, plus an additional 200 for pool access. We were a group of 45 members, but the resort management was not at all flexible or open to negotiation, even for such a large booking. The booking process was frustrating, as the representative in charge was unwilling to communicate properly or address any of our queries. Her unprofessional and arrogant attitude made the experience less pleasant even before our visit. The buffet provided was limited, with just 2 non-veg dishes. While the food was decent, it wasn't worth the price charged, and the variety was disappointing. Additionally, the resort offered no indoor or outdoor activities, which made the overall experience underwhelming. The pool was okay but didn't stand out as a highlight. While the resort might have some positives, the lack of customer-friendly behavior, limited amenities, and rigid policies left us disappointed. Such an attitude and services are likely to deter large groups like ours from visiting again. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and the value they provide for the price.

Our stay at this Ayurvedic hotel was a truly unforgettable experience. It was our first time in India, as well as our first time trying Ayurvedic treatments, and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction. The treatments were personalized and left us feeling completely refreshed and balanced. The yoga classes were excellent, providing a perfect complement to the Ayurvedic therapies. The food was delicious, nutritious, and thoughtfully prepared, making every meal a highlight. The entire staff was warm, professional, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived.
