Unclean restaurant premises, tables. Restrooms and hand wash area full of smell. Only one plus point is the location.

Very bad quality beverages and food . I lost my two days at the hospital

Very bad service

My wife and i were taken here by a friend to the restaurant on the river on 2 occasions while we were in India. The food was excellent- especially the Butter Chicken and noodles! To top off the great meal we had ice cream for desert! It looked like a banana split (3 types of ice cream) but it had "extras". There were grapes (with tiny seeds) and small pieces of jello; and it was topped with corn flakes! Sounds odd- but it was very tasty! Our waiter was stately; he was elegant and most helpful. Plus the surroundings were gorgeous! Loved it!

Went for beer the service and location is good , but some local youngsters come and sing making it kindaa not able for proper conversation amongst our group , this happens sometimes , else nice place to have a chilled beer and some good food

Me and my visited this resort to have some dinner.As all seats near the small lake were full we went inside the restaurant where there were no body other than us.We placed the food order with a bottle of beer to a non Kerala waiter , as he was trying to serve the beer the waiter in charge stopped him to serve us the beer saying they are not allowed to serve the beer in side the restaurant .Then I had to ask the waiter in charge to cancel all our order to quit the resort soon.All of a sudden he changed his mind and served us the beer.It was an ego clash between the waiters. The food was bit old and tasteless. His rude attitude forced us to finish the food quick and quit the resort. The service of the non kerala ( Culcuta) waiter was very good and polite.As this is a wine and beer place , not recommended for families to dine.

Visited the resort to attend a conference and must say, was a very average experience.The view of the back waters was amazing but the quality of halls and dining hall plus the food was really sub standard.||Very difficult to locate also being in interiors and little away from the core city. Should be difficult in monsoons being bad roads.

Visited only the restaurant n Good tasty food. Floor tiles are little dirty. There is beer - wine parlour next to restaurant, which helps the beer lovers. Overall nice experience.
