Super Hotel O Kottayam Near Caritas Hospital

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, T V was not working and a terrible odor that made it unbearable to stay in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, completely ignoring complaints and refusing to address any issue. This hotel is an absolute scam, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was nonexistent--the room was dirty and poorly maintained. There was no working TV or Wi-Fi, which was highly inconvenient. The cupboard in the room was broken and unusable. The Bedsheets were not washed too. To make matters worse, there was no one at the reception when I had an emergency, and I couldn't get any assistance. The service overall was extremely disappointing, and the staff showed a bad attitude when approached. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a better stay. Please find the attached photos of your Balcony for better understanding I urgently insist OYO to resolve these issues ASAP so next time a similar incident won't be faced by any other customer.

Please don't blindly trust the Google Photos. The room was pathetic,had no options hence booked Online trusting the photos and the amount was non refundable. A Nightmare Stay - Avoid at All Costs! The room was terrible from the moment we walked in. The sheets and pillow covers were clearly not changed - they were covered in dirty footprints, hair, and even bindi marks. When I asked for them to be replaced, it took ages. The TV didn't work, which was frustrating. On top of that, they didn't provide a proper king or queen-sized bed. Instead, they pushed two single beds together and threw a sheet over them. For couples, this is a disaster--you can't lie in the middle without risking falling through the gap. The absolute worst part was at night. We started itching and realized something was biting us. It turned out to be bedbugs--an entire colony had been living there before us! Needless to say, our sleep was ruined, and it was a horrible, itchy, and disgusting experience. If you're looking for a place to wrestle with bedbugs in the middle of the night, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

The worst experience. Horrible bed sheets and ages old coat. No TV. A/C has no compressor...only fan. Thank God bathroom has a door but you never can close it from in/outside. Public toilets are far better. For two guests only 1 towel. No toileteries. No hygeinic drinking water. Offers complementary breakfast...but just an offer in prints. But one thing I should mention.... Reception.... Such a terrible, horrible.....only owner's profit friendly.... Good for Rs.500/ day i am talking about Olive hotel which is in the group of OYO'tt Super hotels I do believe that the other reviews(which made me a fool) are of some other hotels or PAID REVIEWS

Booked rooms for two women only to reach there and find that the were fully booked!!!!! Worst behaviour!!!! If this is the case then what is the whole point of "Booking"!!!? They sent away two women to find their own room with no help or support. This could have been you mother or sister

I feel very discomfortable and very bad from this hotel...and we left from the hotel very fast were not spent even hour.... It's very very bad hotel..
