Spot on Hotel Kottayams

The villa only looks good from outside. Maintenance is extremely poor. We had booked it for 15 guests last week and once we arrived we could see dust everywhere, they didn't even remove the waste bins from previous guests. Toilets were clogged, flush was not working properly, the solar system for hot water wasn't working. My dad even saw a rat running inside the house!! Very disappointing!! :(

bad place to stay, looks good from the outside but inside it's a different story altogether. The washrooms are clogged, tiles in the washrooms are slippery, bedsheets are full of dust, ac in the room is manual and water keeps dropping out of it. no hot water. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Maintenance is very bad. Bathroom flush doesn't work and hot water is not available. The caretaker doesn't care about keeping the house clean.

It was really nice to see such a wonderful villa that we recently stayed with. Amazing place to stay with big family!! Thank you!!

Beautiful and big and very friendly for any functions .

It is good for renting for family gathering or get together. Spacious rooms and facilities
