A budget hotel near platform 1 of the Kottayam railway station. A 400 metre walking distance might seem a good stretch because you need to get out of the station before you start counting the metres. Very strict about check-out time, this is highly unbecoming of an accommodation near railway station. Trains might get delayed and hence they should have been flexible with an additional payment for the extended check out. Rooms are just good for a traveller and no negatives to mention. No restaurant in-house, but plenty around and swiggy delivery allowed

They provided a standard AC room in which ACs are not working which I took only for a few hours but had to pay the full amount for the whole day in advance. They will definitely ask for full amount in advance. Before giving them the amount, check the room properly.

The hotel is neat and Clean. Very near to the railway station and Private Bus stand. Ac rooms are also cheap and Best. The issue was floors don't have lift. Also no restaurant nearby. And they have a check in policy of 12 to 12. So when you want to check in Morning and Checkout evening you need to pay additional charges for early check in.

This hotel is tucked into a small space and well utilised to provide some good value for money in a great location. The property is near to the railway station and the bus stand with choice of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Parking space is quite limited but the staff was very efficient to make provision at all times. Rooms are clean and finds value for the offer price.

Comfortable one, u don't get any breakfast cause there is no Hotel facility available. Parking lot is small. Deluxe room cost u 1800 per night it's ok for a family but I think for an individual it's not upto mark to enjoy a solo stay. Near to Railway station and bus stand is good option for the mobility. Located in a walkable distance from Kottayam Railway Station, Nagampadam Bus Stand and SH Medical Center Hospital. Rooms are spacious, Bathrooms are clean and very spacious, when it comes to linen and amenities its poor, Bed Bugs are There, AC TV Remotes Not Working, Power Points are not Proper, Bathroom Vey Slippery May be Due The Chemical Used To Clean It. WiFi & Complimentary Packaged Drinking Waters Given Unlimited Is A Positive I Have To Mention, Staff Are Helpful and Cooperative, It's a 12:00noon In - Out Hotel.

The place is very accessible from Kottsyam railway station and the Private bus stand is only at a walkable distance. The rooms are very affordable and worth the money. Although you will need to let them know that you would need breakfast as it isn't compulsory unlike other hotels. Overall a good stay.

Rooms were too clean with a good staf behavior. The thing which i liked the most was i had a train a little late from my check out time but they extended my stay at a good extent. And this helped me alot. Apart from this the main railway station and bus station is at walking distance.
