Very beautiful hotel, spacious room, very clean, staff are very polite and professional, having good services, room well maintained with good furnitures.. Restaurant service also good by reconfirming the order what we give, they show professionalism.. Very safe for ladies.. I stayed here alone with my kids and trustworthy behavior from staffs. I highly recommend this hotel to all. I will come again for sure..

I had booked in March 2025 one room in this hotel for 26 to 28 April through a travel site. The booking was confirmed by the hotel. On 25 April I just wanted to reconfirm the booking before the travel on 26. The Hotel staff then informed me that my booking has been cancelled as Federal Bank has booked the whole hotel for these days. The hotel however didn't bother to inform me of the cancellation. How can the hotel cancel my confirmed booking to accommodate people who booked later than me that too without informing me. Just because the whole hotel has been sought to be booked by some bank they Cannot cancel my booking. They should have given only the remaining rooms to the bank. The Federal Bank also erred in getting the room booked for me in their name. Unreliable hotel as far I am concerned. Will never book there in future and will discourage others.

Located in proximity to temple and hospital. Autos are easily available from the location.The room is big and nice. But the entry to hotel is not pleasing as bar entry and hotel entry is same. Lady travellers feel uncomfortable for that. Restaurant food service also was bad

Rooms are ok. But maintenance can be better. When we reached the floor at 6am, it was pitch dark and they couldn't even switch on at least 1 corridor light. Bathroom had one light only at a corner and didn't light up the entire place. Not comfortable.

Very Nice Hotel - Centrally located in Kottayam and very near to the famous Temples. Value for money.

Good stay at Kotayyam. We stayed here during our enroute to Sabarimalai during 2024. We preferred the same stay during our 2025 trip as well when we were around 30 people wanted around 14 rooms. Mr. Kishore was very supportive in planning our stay and also helped us with a Bus contact who had very good 32 Seater bus for Sabarimala. Ishwarya Residency is close by to temple, good breakfast spot.

I had one of the best stays in a long time. The service, hospitality, attitude or approach, food, rooms, be it anything, it was amazing!!! Had a really great time there. Especially the security staffs, they were so friendly and helpful. I don't have a single complaint for the 3 days I had stayed over there. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious although I had booked a standard room for 2 people. Foods were really delicious. It's couple friendly as well. I'm really looking forward to staying here again.
