I visited Restaurant only. Parking space is there. Ordinary food and in my opinion cost of food little high compared to its quality

Waste food no cleanliness bad staff ,don't go there. They cheating Ayyappan swamys vegetarian food ,because they have only one kitchen for veg and nonveg

Personally I will not prefer this place to anyone, the room and washroom was really bad condition and after booking the room-the reception people was so rude, when we are complaining about the issues. Basically once the amount is in their drawer then they will show their actual face.

Nobody should stay in this worthless hotel. The description is deceiving and I wonder how they got their '3 stars'. When I went to check-in, their senior staff was fully drunk and was extremely rude. The room was smelly, bathroom was unclean and the bed linen had stains all over. I checked out 30 mins after checking in since I felt unsafe staying there. Absolutely pathetic experience!!

We had come here for my friends engagement and due to proximity benifits we had booked a hotel here. Very unclean and poorly maintained hotel. Unclean bedsheets and smelly rooms. Unwashed washroom and broken taps and showers. Unwashed wet clothes lying around fro days in the passage. Non working Ac despite being booked AC rooms. Attached hotel named Udupi restaurant is the worst veg food you will have and is misleading. Non helpful staff who don't have luggage assistance and try to take money as they wish when u enter. After entry they asked us to pay 6k when I called up my friend he told me the advance was paid up, after hearing the same they were like soryy we have got the payment. Intotal a full fledged mess . Please take care. As all the reviews suggest it need a help of improvement. Please don't go by the photos that's camera settings making things look better.

Very poor service. Only out side looks good. But the rooms are hell. Please don't waste your money here.

Maintenance is very poor. House keeping staff doesn't know whether basic amenities such as TV/AC are working or not. In majority of the rooms plug points are not in working condition. Reception executives should listen to customer concerns. Their way of coordination is very poor. This hotel seems to be international. But we don't see minimum basic standards being maintained. Management/Hotel owner should monitor the hotel condition frequently and should fix the problems raised by the customers. Overall it is a very bad experience to us. People visiting this hotel for the first time please think before you opt.

Decent rooms at decent price close to railway station. We visited for sabarimala visit. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available at 2 am in the morning. ATM in the same building as well. Room was spacious and decently clean but pretty old style.
