Hotel Floral Palace

We visited this hotel just for lunch with colleagues, but honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. What used to be a place known for good service when they first opened has now completely lost its charm. The person who is supposed to take orders and assist guests. His attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. It felt like he thought he was the boss and we were the staff! It made the whole dining experience very uncomfortable. We were there to enjoy a peaceful lunch, not to be treated with cold stares and sarcastic responses. Honestly, I don't know what's happened to this place. From being known for warm hospitality to this kind of unpleasant behavior--it's really sad. Hope the management takes this seriously, because if this continues, they'll lose more loyal customers like us.

I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

I have rated this property 4 stars because of the flexibility and the size of Rooms. They are quite spacious and clean. Savior of this hotel is its General Manager and Front Desk. Service is very slow and they fumble in order taking. House keeping is also good. No swimming pool in the property but centrally located very near to the station and collectorate. You will get nothing post 10.30 to eat and even Zomato service in the city is untill 11 so brace yourself and stock your self as well.

My stay with this hotel was very comfortable. I felt the very little details they have focused to make my stay wonderful. 100% value they have added to the price they have charged. Its worth and affordable. Staff: very professional and friendly Rooms: very clean and spacious with all basic amenities( Look very fresh and new everything) Food: was delicious and fresh. Location: wow.

For simple, easy and reasonable amenities HFP is good. Our wedding party occupied 10 rooms. We chose HFP for 2 simple reasons - no bar, affordability. Happy for all good service - reception, food and room service, we received. We are grateful to all the persons who made our stay happy and hassle free. Keep up the good work.

New hotel. Rooms are big, neat and well maintained. Service is good. Complimentary breakfast is good. Veg food is not up to the mark. Veg biryani and Panner Butter masala below average. Service and ambience are very good. Can give 5 star, if room shape is square or rectangle as I got a room with extended corner like triangle...bit dissatisfaction..

The restaurant is very good. North Indian food is available. Food taste is good and great quality. Ambiance is also nice

We recently celebrated our children's birthday party here, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The services were excellent, and the staff's support was truly remarkable, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!
