5-Star Experience!|I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was luxurious with excellent water pressure and top-quality toiletries.||The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia with my wife and daughter. The staff were exceptionally efficient, courteous, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered great value for money. They thoughtfully provided an extra cot and bed for the third person, which made our stay even more comfortable. The property felt safe and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for families. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay!

Stayed at Hotel Arcadia early May 2025. Booked a Luxury room and it was newly renovated. Clean room, washroom and all needed amenities. Location is pretty good, opposite to bus stand but no nuisance in terms of noise. Breakfast has limited 3 options for veg but good enough and nicely done. Highly recommend this hotel.

Happy Stay. The room was clean and tidy. Staffs was very friendly, easy and fast checkin, One of the highlights of the hotel is its Sky Roof top bar, were we can see the entire Kottayam town area, there family restaurant at 10 th floor..... foods was delicious too..... i will recommend...

Great staff and a pleasant stay. We checked in late night and the staff were very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was really good. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the property is located in prime location making it accessible for all the official works.

Well it wasnt that bad, overall good.... It was just for one night so it was good for us....pool was good.. Somehow the changing room wasnt open.. So that was a problem.. Nothing else.. As we said the lift was hot mayne due to it being one side made of glass

The best Kerala-style fish curry meals in Kottayam. A variety of thali dishes include fish, podi, inji puli, theeyal, thoran, and aviyal, all of which can be finished with yogurt and payasam. A generous portion of fish mulakittathu decorates the center of the thali. But the highlight is the dried shrimp mango thenga curry they pour over the rice - it's orgasmic! This curry alone is enough to make the entire meal worthwhile. Moru curry and sambar are also available. Rice and the three main curries are unlimited, and the service is top-notch. Cons: I ordered an extra seer fish fry, but it was a thin piece and overpriced (more than the cost of a full meal). The thali itself is plenty enough for one person.

Had Appam and vegetable curry for Breakfast during transient journey. The ambience was good and service was prompt. Well maintained Restaurant and fast service. My valuable document was misplaced there and appreciated very much for the prompt information in time so that I could get it back while travelling.
