Excellent Stay for Large Groups! We recently booked a bulk accommodation at anjaly park for our group, and the experience was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process for everyone.fantabulous cooperation of helpdesk .. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided excellent facilities, including a great dining area The food was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The management was flexible and accommodating, making special arrangements as needed. Their coordination and attention to detail made our group stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend hotel anjaly park for anyone looking for bulk accommodation with top-notch service and great hospitality. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our future events

Anjali park hotel .situated heart of the kottayam town .from railway station 2km Bus stand near to 1km .thirunakkara temple is near by from this area .bus availability .nearest so many shops are there .room are very clean and highgene. But tariff rates are very high .stay and staff services are really good .

Tried the buffet, though the options were not too many, but every item they served was of good quality. Would recommend

Thank you for sharing your number I had lunch from your hotel just now,,very sorry and sad to inform you that I visited it for the first time,it will be my last time too.. I ordered for meals,I don't know if waiters give such care to someone who order meals.It was not a rush time,just three or four tables were occupied,I don't know why the waiters take this much time,,to take my order one of them came after 7 minutes,One lady and another uniform guy passed near me,,but I think they were very busy.A person came (don't know whether he is a waiter or not)with out uniform came and took my order.Order came after sometime (I can understand the delay because you guys need much time to fill rice and curries).When I finished my part and I was waiting again to have some more curries,No one had noticed me, The first person was not even in the scene(I think he was praying in the kitchen for valuable customers) and for my luck another waiter saw me and he had came with rice and curry,I think that boy needs serious therapy for his hands,,He is serving as if I had asked it for free,,climax funny part is that I had received the bill in without giving it in a file(All other customers were given)My thought was Anjali park is not same as Indian Coffee House ,But today I came to the conclusion Indian Coffee House is far better in treating the customers..And one more thing Luckily my first waiter came with the balance amount,I thank God,because I could find him.. Dear brother,I'm not visiting hotels for the first time,the way your waiters are treating the customers,I think they should be given proper training.. You can check the cameras this afternoon and I was sitting at the right corner alone in black shirt. Even though the food was above average with the treatment given,I can't even taste it properly Thank you for your time once again Kurian George

Very poor food. Both the curries chicken & beef were not fresh... Very bad experience.

Rooms are spacious near and tidy, worst food in restaurant & Bar as well go food poison due to their salt less egg Burj and chicken dish..

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The people working here are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Nothing in our room was cleaned after our first night. Dirty towels were never picked up, beds were not made, used coffee mugs and glasses are still sitting in the room, I've received 3 different passwords for wifi and none work. The manager Francis can not be reached at all. Last but not least, I have killed plenty of cockroachs. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.
