Hotel Aida

Excellent location in the heart of town but just off the crowded areas. Has very good parking facility. Rooms have been renovated recently and are spacious. The restaurant serves delicious food. All in all a nice place to stay with family.

Great to be back. Modifications add to the old-world charm. The Steward - Suresh makes it better. Food (ala Carte) was awesome even during the crowded Easter Day.

Hotel Aida, Kottayam - A Great Spot to Chill with Friends I recently visited Hotel Aida in Kottayam with a group of friends, and the experience was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance stood out -- calm, classy, and just perfect for a relaxing time. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful, adding a serene vibe to our outing. The arrangements made by the staff were commendable. Everything was neat and organized, making us feel comfortable throughout our time there. The food was another highlight -- well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. We tried a mix of dishes, and most of them exceeded our expectations. It's definitely a great place if you're a foodie looking to enjoy a good meal in a pleasant setting. However, there was one slight hiccup -- the service was a bit slow when it came to delivering our food orders. While the staff was polite and helpful, the delay did affect the flow of the experience a little. That said, it wasn't a deal-breaker, especially since everything else was on point. Overall, Hotel Aida is a lovely place to hang out with friends. With its peaceful environment, good food, and cozy atmosphere, I'd surely recommend visiting it at least once.

I ordered a beef steak with pepper sauce, but it was extremely disappointing. The steak was too hard and had a rubbery texture, making it inedible. This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life

Was one of the favorite place ever. But disappointed this time by serving poor quality mutton biriyani and fish fry. Mutton pieces were not fresh and with bad smell. Last 10 years we were experiencing all thr food via dining in, home delivery, gvg treats to friends/ relatives. Visited this time after two years....... Shocked.....

Absolutely loved their ambience, food and service. Recommend it to anyone interested in amazing cocktails, dessert, and finger food. The kids play area is also a great addition.

We went to the restaurant inside thw hotel for lunch and were highly disappointed. All the food served were cold. The curd was rotten and sour. The fish and chicken dishes were cold and tasteless. Definitely will not reccomend to anyone.

Visited for lunch and ordered fish meals. The food was bland and not tasty at all. The payasam was good! Staff are professional and courteous. Parking was available.
