Hotel Aariyaas Vista

I ama regular customer of this restaurent...so am writing about your food quality.. In the begining it was super...v were very happy that we got a new good veg hotel in the city...but sad to say that, day by day food quality is keep decreasing..you just started your 2nd one in the city recently only... Request you to give a little more importance to the QUALITY OF FOOD...PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR COOK ALSO.. WE DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOU...

Super clean rooms. Newly built as of Jan 2025. The only problem I faced was with the room's sound isolation. The sound isolation between rooms were poor. Sound from the next room was clearly audible and continued past midnight. I was unable to sleep.

Was totally surprised by the quality of the restaurant. Not in anyway like the other Ariyaas. Totally modern. Didn't stay here but stopped by for some breakfast. Food quality was good, well priced and good and prompt service

Good rooms and neay and clean..room service is good..food is only average and their service not good for me..some of the waiters are dressed like green kurthas and they didnt even smile ti cusotmers..I dont like them ..otherwise all is ok

Best hotel in Kottayam. Rooms are very neat and cleaned. Room services are very good. The staff are also very good and helpful

Very poor room service. When tv complaint was reported, immediate rectification not done. Also arrogant response from reception. Replied " our service boys have not reported for duty"

Clean reastaurant with well organised seating space. Food is average.
