Hotel Aariyaas Regency

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, and the rooms are neat and clean. The staff are friendly and very supportive. There's a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, and they also offer room delivery. It's a family-friendly place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Kottayam.

Was very easy to check in after midnight. Room was clean, spacious and well set. AC, lighting, toilet, etc. were fine too. Good choice for rail passengers.

Recently stayed with my family for three nights. Spacious room, slippery bathroom, poor room boy service - in fact one person is looking after everything. Good location. Average room for the money - will get better rooms for this value

Location near to railway station Also a Vegetarian Reastaurent neary by this was the reason for choseing the hotel to stay for the day. For the rooms it's not maintain properly as stains was on the bed fan was not controllable bathroom fixtures were not serviced. There was no ventilation in the room also in washroom. Window view is not good as it was adjacent building.

The hotel is clean & hygiene, staff are very friendly , restaurants service is superb, taste of the tiffin or lunch is first-class overall rate for aariya regency 5/5 five out of five rating

Toilet was dirty. Shower was not working and I had to use the dirty bucket and cup to take bath. Moreover rude and unprofessional behavior by staff especially the male receptionist. Room is big enough and very near to railway station. But a clean and tidy toilet is the primary requirement for a hotel room. Better avoid this place.

Just Opposite Kottayam Railway station. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff very polite and supportive. A veg restaurant with excellent quality food. You get everything atound you.

Good place to stay. But no complementary breakfast. Close to the railway station and bus stand. Ground floor good vegetarian restaurant. Good food.
