Don't waste your money and time. If one's book a room there next time you will never book there. Management team you needs to improve the customer service and customer satisfaction. Big property but your loosing your business with some Small things. ( very bad maintenance, morning break fast no options , no hot water , no bath gel )

The rooms are well maintained but other amenities like the swimming pool do exist but are not at all clean whereas the gym does have some good equipment but it does not have electricity so some machines like treadmills don't work. I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere as they lack manpower and management. It took the guy 35 mins to get 3 omelette.

Understaffed hotel with one of the worst complimentary breakfast. They were prioritizing politically influenced and known people who paid the same as us for the rooms. As we knew the regional language we argued for the same and then only service was provided. Swimming pool was not clean and unusable. Cons: Good spacious rooms

Everything was good and near to railway station and good ambience with less people. But if your not malyali don't prefer. I had seen the scenario of prioritising the malayali while serving the food though I paid the same. Respect is valuable than all

This place was entirely booked for my daughter's wedding. I picked this for my family and friends stay. The location was very close to railway station and other attractions. It was also close to the venue where the marriage was held. They provided breakfast and there are good restaurants nearby. Couple of things we noticed was the corridors were not lighted enough. Then the common places were not air conditioned properly.
