Capital O 60304 Hotel Prince

The hotel needs to be maintained more neatly to attract the crowd.

There is no coments worst experience I had ...recently from the executive bar ..and why should ia m writing this there is not even one guest ..please do not come here for bar and dining ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Prince in Kottayam and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is situated in the heart of Kottayam, making it easily accessible to all the major attractions and facilities in the city. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, Hotel Prince is a great choice in terms of location.

Very bad rooms and service & B behaviour

The hotel is located opposite to kanjikuzhi market. The hotel got a good ambience. Rooms are neat and tidy. Hotel staff were friendly and attention to detail. The complementary breakfast was fresh, tasty and nicely cooked. Room service is fast and efficient. Apart from that, they got bar attached. So those who would like to have some wine or beer, can go to executive bar or outdoor bar based on their preference. Having bar will not affect the hotel resident in any way as they got a calm and quiet environment. There are some good hotels, cafeterias and KFC nearby the hotel in walking distance for those who prefer to have food outside. You wouldn't have any issues if you want to travel via public transport or taxi as both are nearby the hotel. All in all i would recommend this hotel for families and couples if they want to spend some quality time.

Good clean brand new rooms. Used to called Prince bar but now it's a Oyo property. Decent for a couple of days in Kottayam as it's in the town and has secure car parking. Restaurant was not operational when I stayed as it's brand new. Oyo could provide a bottle of drinking water worth Rs.10/-. Breakfast is complimentary but really is it?? We all know we pay for it too and it's a marketing gimmick to make it complementary so I asked for an extra puri and they denied or I had to pay extra for it. Hmm.. That's not nice..

Prince Hotel, a Vellappalli Group hotel is located just opposite to the SBI and Canara ATMs. This hotel also provides Beer and Wine for customers, Provides a good service for the customers and have an intercom connection to order your needs, services etc. The hotel looking great and well maintained. The minimalistic interior shines and room also attractive and clean. OYO booking is available but may you spend much more money than the OYO listing price (We paid more than 500 extra; they told extra cost), provides WiFi (not great at all), small freezer and other services

Hotel is very well maintained and clean... Very nice rooms and amenities... Ambience is very good... Entry road is uphill allowing vehicles and is artistic... Had a major issue regarding checkout time due to error committed by Oyo... Recommended for good 2star experience...
