Arackal Inn

A lovely experience staying at Arackal inn, the staff is very helpful and place is very clean. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Very bad hotel. The bathroom door doesn't close. The room is crammed. The guy at the reception was very rude and wasn't listening to us. The tv doesn't work, the bathroom was dirty. There was loud noise outside. And they weren't willing to stop it as even asked us to leave because they weren't willing to stop the sound. Overall the worst hotel to stay.

Very bad experience with room boy(receptionist) 31.3.25. Not cool enough even in ac room..

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Arackal Inn, and I must say, the staff's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The room service was non-existent, and when I tried to order food from Swiggy, the staff refused to send the delivery person to my room. When I requested them to send the food through their room boy, I was met with a blunt and rude response: "Room service is not available, come down and collect your food yourself." This attitude from the staff is appalling and completely unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities and courteous service made my stay at Hotel Arackal Inn a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is definitely a good place to stay, it was quite comfortable and I was a traveller, it was easy to catch local transportation from here

Hello Friends, Yesterday we were staying here. Very bad service, Room was very congested and not even provided any drinking water. if u want water we want to pay extra for that. Washroom also not clean. Poor attitude of staff, it was like as though we are staying free there. The bathroom door have not proper lock. Spoiled one night stay. Not worth for money at all i don't recommend

I went today there for booking room. The staff there was behaving like . Just book if you want. And he was talking disrespectful. He was like a boss and so rude . My brother who came with me was so upset as he came for his vacation. He was asking like this guy is having doubt and we were ready to pay full. This is not acceptable . The customer service needed to be improved . May be you will get guests as there is no one near by. to improve your business as customer irrespective of class is the asset .

Bad receptionist... Heard he is relative of owner... Bad experience...
