ALEN RESIDENCY A/C & NON A/C ROOMS

2000 for a ac room for 2 adults and 450 for an extra bed , an extra bed is the funny one just a sponge, sheet & blanket. not worthy High rate but didn't have a lift facility, ac without Remote. The bathroom has no exhaust smell remaining in The bathroom badly, There's ventilation but you can't open the window because others in the opposite building can see us when we open the ventilation. it's in a good location and they are keeping the rooms neatly also please focus on these problems. provide a foldable cot for extra bed. be good in hospitality. don't give facilities like a local lodge at this rate.

Front office night staff very bad behaviour , enquired about the room he answerd very very rude, He tells that no extra bed will provide for the extraa person and it will chargable, And also tells that no bill and full amount paid by cash ONLY.., so I don't prefer anybody to stay there....

Budget friendly clean rooms and a non veg restaurant below. Ample parking space for vehicles

I know it's summer but its the owners responsibility to provide comfort to the dwellers. What happened for us was when we booked a room the ac rooms were already sold out. So we had to take a non AC room. The room was clean ventilated and properly maintained with clean bathrooms. At the middle of the night the electricity went off and we were scorching at midnight. We opened our eyes when we felt there was not enough air supply. The generator was off and it made that night a disturbing and hectic one. We have contacted the reception area in person and afterwards they made the generator on. It's summer and please keep sufficient amenities for the sake of visitors and don't make others complain...

5/5 Cleanliness of the room and service Ample parking space. Cost effective for short stay. Added advantage is the stay is above a good veg hotel (Ente amma veg) and it is on the highways.

Budget friendly normal rooms. Be careful if choosing AC rooms that the manager gives the remote upfront as he is normally not available once checked in. And water heater won't work if it's not a sunny day since it work on solar energy .

Good spacious and clean rooms. A/c works well though little noisy. Clean laundry. But no housekeeping in between two days of my stay . There is an in-house attendant 24 hours.

Bad service not custamor frindly...
