Neat rooms at reasonable price although rooms are small.Owner Mr.Vivek is a nice person always ready to help from the time of enquiry till check out. Cons: would have provided a comforter for A/C rooms.

Wonderful service, Mr. Vivek is very considerate and always ready to help with any need...Autos, cars, food delivery, etc. Rooms are kept very clean and facilities are great. All round great experience and great value....will be back!!!

Service was great, the owner was a cool guy. Parking is not bad. It's near town so the roads have a bit of traffic.

The manager was very polite, helpful and informative. The rooms were priced reasonably. They were extremely clean and so was the toilet. The location is perfect, on the MC road, yet it was quiet in the rooms. This hotel exceeded our expectations

I had been to Kottayam for friends wedding, came across this property through Agoda, I called the property directly the owner named Vivek was very helpful to me, offered a very good price with early check in. Also sent a staff to pick me up my luggage. Rooms were clean and big good enough for 2 people with hot water facility. It was December 30th due to high traffic I was unable to get a cab, the owner himself dropped me to the railway station. I was so thankful for him. If you are in Kottayam looking for a stay I recommend 100% to stay here.
