A very great and memorable experience first time from this bar hotel. some of the features i liked was The room service which was exceptionally prompt and friendly Really appreciate the personalized service Commitment to guest satisfaction is evident Your staffs are all so professional warm and so friendly especially the bar counter staffs (barman and billing staffs)their approach to customer is so admiring. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish i tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The spa services here are among the best I've experienced Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Gives a pleasant &peaceful atmosphere to me and my family. Rooms are highly recommended to all those who wants a clean and neat stay. Appreciation gives to the authority. Service of food and beverages are excellent staffs are well mannered. All over I gives 5star in rating.

We were searching for a good restaurant near medical college and finds none until we find this bar attached hotel. Initially hesitated to get in with family later came to know that it's completely independent and seperated from Bar. Getting in we got our order in no time and the service boy Mr. Kevin was also really nice serving food for us. We really liked the food and service and recommends for others.

The hotel is very nice to stay. Friendly and accomodating staff willing to help us. Good food and iam very much satisfied with their services.

Restaurant is very bad Service not good Plastic chair

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days on my trip to Kerala from USA this year and I absolutely loved my stay and the experience. The hotel was very clean. It had all the modern facilities that the hotels in America has. In fact I couldn't tell the difference. The staffs were very friendly and the room service was almost instant. Anytime I needed something, I called the front desk and they brought it for me immediately. They even helped me to print some documents for me when I needed. This place also has a gym, multiple bar, and restaurants. They also had laundry service that picks up and drop off. The rooms are fairly priced. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that's visiting the area. I promise that you will have a relaxing time.

The restaurant supplier behaviour very bad, I waited there for half an hour, he didn't look back, his behavior was like I came to eat there without money, why should we tolerate someone like him,Why hire people like this? Those who don't value time can go and eat there
