rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the moment I arrived, the service was disorganized and unwelcoming. Check-in took forever, with the front desk staff seeming uninterested and unhelpful. The room was a huge letdown: stains on the carpet, a lingering musty smell, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly--there was hair in the sink and used toiletries left behind. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets didn't seem freshly laundered
