I booked through Booking.Com and i booked for A/C Room only and it clearly displayed the same , but while checking in on arrival the receptionist is mentioning the rates are only for NON A/C Room and if we need A/C room we should cancel the booking and pay extra for the same (commision to Booking.com + extra money ) as hidden profit . Which is more non ethical to both his bussiness partner booking.com & the service taker.

We had a single day stay with family here in their Delux Room. Location is walkable distance from Bus Station and 30 min Ride in Railway station. The rooms are spacious, calm, and quiet. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you to all the staff at Hamsted!

Being to kerala for the first time ... It was a very good place to stay at affordable rates and the rooms were very spacious . We were very happy with the rooms. Would highly recommend this place to anyone whos gonna visit Kerala !
