Sparrow Vale Resort, Thattekadu

A very nice resort near Kuttampuzha. Nice place for get together and meetings. Nice rooms and lawn. The pool is a small one. But still you can enjoy. Ichathotty hanging bridge is only 800 meters walk from this resort. As the road to the resort is very narrow, big buses and vehicles cannot enter this place

Had a wonderful stay! Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. Would love to visit again!

We went there for our New Year's party. It's a nice place for a vacation , family get-together, and destination events. I'm happy with their service and management. Moreover, within 1km from the resort, you can visit kerala largest hanging bridge there.

We booked 3 Rooms for friends and family getogether They have offered Deluxe room as premium rooms were already booked, But shared the premium rooms photos only during booking. While reaching the site, we come to know the deluxe room is like a lodge. The interior walls are full of water leakage marks, fungal infections, smell of fungus. And not at all appealing to enter. Since we have babies with us, we didn't even enter and planned to cancel the trip, whatever the cost may be. We spoke to the manager and decided to leave, they also agreed to our point. We had to pay the charges for tea served and food we ordered for night ( even though we reached property by 4:30 pm and left by 5:30pm). No Argurments we paid. Swimming pool is very small. May be 10_12ft length. So if the property is booked by multiple guests we may Have to use as per time slots. The property is besides the part of periyar reservoir, so if there is no water it will look like marsh Land, So no scenic beauty around. So During booking video call them and make sure rooms are well maintained. Room rates : For the condition and level of maintenance the rate offered to us was on high side. We made a better deal at another property which is on the bank of periyar and we literally enjoyed our stay amidst this small inconvenience we suffered.

Good resort with great hospitality, But probably best to visit during summer to use the wide open area provided. Due to rain most areas where muddy. Great view of paddy fields. The pool is around 5ft with attached kids pool. But too much chlorine so it irritates eyes and nose. Great hospitality as food and beverages provided as and when needed.

One of the Best resort to spend holiday/vacation along with friends or family.. Price also Affordable. Resort is spacious to Hold around 40+ people. Best time to go summer. Swimming pool is the main attraction. Good place to organise a small friends party.
