Kochi Village Home Stay

Very remote location from airports and Railway Station. No room service of any kind. The owner did not even reply to the message asking for Wi-Fi password. Very few mobile charging points. Only one washroom has hot water geyser

Out of all our trips to Kerala, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. This really felt like home and all necessary facilities were there. Jose chettan was a great help and really went out of his way to help us in even the smallest things. Highly recommended and a great place to stay!

We stayed there 2 days back.. it's really an awesome experience.. very nice ,clean and well maintained villa.. spacious bed rooms and all well managed . There is a farm area behind the villa with several trees and a good looking fish pond .. there are ducks ,swans etc.. Lightings are special and it gives a great ambiance inside the villa.. the owner was very friendly and he is really a gentle man. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay there.. We all together 14 adults and 5 kids stayed there .. it can easily accommodate that strength..It contain all facilities for cooking .. gas connection ,fridge, microwave , cooking utensils ... All together it was a perfect place to host a get-together.. thanks to the owner for the wonderful hospitality and care..we thoroughly enjoyed it

Clean ,spacious ,and comforting Home With well-kept and maintained garden .. The interior of the house, Hall , rooms had such a positive ambience . The lighting of the at night gave an amazing glow to the house .. Privacy was well maintained. The house was very spacious and loaded with the necessary items that we didn't have to leave the home for 2 days +Amazon prime subscribed TV Had all kitchen equipments already in place so didn't have to worry about that too , when we had a shortage for coconut oil for cooking ,we requested it at 10pm and the matter was solved then and there by providing it from Jose chettans (guardian)home itself ,wich is nearby only The way the house guardian interacted and treated us can itslef be given a 5 . We had requested for an extended check out and he was soo generous to not even charge us with extra payment and all.

Was an Awesome place to stay with kids and family and felt like home.. Place was quiet and peaceful. Well maintained and crystal clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Will visit on our next trip too...

Fun and peaceful environment.We stayed villa for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The house and room was very clean ,stylish and very comfortable .it felt like a home.Had a pure homely environment.

I stayed in Martins Home for 2 days. Beautiful experience. Homely setup. Calm and wonderful surrounding. Easy accessablity to Ernakulam and Aluva. Looking forward to stay there for a longer time.

Simple and classy design. It's absolute worth for the amount and spacious too. One suggestion would be having a swimming pool in left out space which would be added a sixth star.
