Tamarind KTDC is situated atop a hill, offering a scenic and peaceful location. The surroundings and the view from the top of the guest house are definitely a highlight. We booked an AC room for 2800+, but the room felt overpriced for the cost, as the amenities and overall quality didn't quite match the price point. However, the service was quite good, with the staff being helpful and responsive. Overall, it's a decent stay if you prioritize location and views, but the room pricing could be more competitive.

Cleanliness: Best Ambiance: Best Interiors: Okay. If it rains insects will come inside the room from the gaps in the front door. Room Service: Very good and prompt. Best Room View: I got Airport view room. View from the window was very good. Specific Experience: I particularly enjoyed the serene nature and staff is very cooperative. You can see the flight landing and enjoy walking on the lawn.

Followed the signage on the way to Calicut airport and reached on the top of a hill to find a neat compact well maintained hotel. Since it was breakfast time, tried Poori Bhaji from their available limited options. It was good. The service was excellent. The upkeep is excellent. Would like to visit them again as also recommend to others.

We stayed one night at KTDC Tamarind Kondotty, a 2-star property conveniently located near Kozhikode Airport. The staff were polite and helpful. They kindly prepared and packed our breakfast at 7:20 a.m. for our early morning flight. Thank you!

We went for tea in the evening. We can watch landing and take off of flight (Karipoor airport). It's a nice view. But there is no seat in the yard to sit on. Snacks was tasty
