This is to mention a very bad situation that I faced in the bar of this hotel. One of the waiters who was serving me and my friend wasn't happy with the tip given and came and returned the tip and while we leaving he grumbled something which lead to a scuffle and thankfully didn't ended up in blows as we were sober enough. Three guys of the staff started harrasing us and abusing us and I decided to give a complaint in the front office to no avail. I was a frequent visitor to this bar and had built a good rapport with some of the bar men behind the counter, but nobody supported me and pushed us out of the bar. I would like to make note this was just due to us leaving a low tip. I am very sorrily letting the management know that I will never ever be returning to this hotel and bar and would recommend all my friends reading as well as to make note of this issue and be careful when visiting bars. The bar which I mentioned was the local bar and not the executive bar which I had to visit due to the other being crowded. I am pleased with your reply and appreciate that you are looking forward that such incidents are dealt with. Changed my rating to 3 stars.

We stayed from 18th to 22nd November with a kid. I would say it wasn't a pleasant stay. Staff lack professionalism & unethical. Service was poor and food was over priced. Hot water was not available. And when we asked to allow checkout at 4, they agreed but to the surprise while checking out they charged for the entire day saying the system doesn't allow.

I had such a fantastic stay at your hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the attentive service throughout my stay, everything exceeded my expectations. The amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. I can't wait to visit again and experience your hospitality once more!

Located inside a busy town, even though the hotel is calm and quiet. They have a good BAR and good restaurant. BAR service and quality will attract you for a repeat visit. Ample parking space Rooms are well maintained. Service is also good.

Very bad service. Front office staff are very unprofessional. Room not cleaned. And very bad smell in room. Pillow cover are cracked. Totally waste of money and very unclean property

Good property 24 hrs check in check out They are undergoing renovation. May get better. No restaurant but BAR is there. No breakfast is available as the cook will come only for BAR service

Nice customer service well maintained landscape &plants

Average hotel with very small bathrooms which could be compensated by maintaining hygeine and cleanliness. Below average in both cleanliness and hygeine. Lots of scope for improvement. Even the bed Linen used does not seem fresh due to wrinkled texture and I even traced some holes in sheets. It's a good hotel where better maintenance can make huge difference.
