We had a Very bad experience yesterday. It was an engagement function and was going quite well until the food being served. The staffs were very rude to us especially those who served food acted as if we were there to accept their offer and by hiding quality foods and served gravy without pieces was quite unsatisfactory ..., They even agreed zero compromise on quality and quantity at the time of booking but failed to provide it ......Even they insulted one of our family members ruthlessly and is unacceptable and unforgivable so we don't recommend this hotel for anyone who suppose to plan a biggy event ....I repeat plz don't spoil ur event by booking here.

Bad attitude from receptionlist. Poor costomer service

Worst experience ever. I have paid rs. 3300 for a room and once I checked in the tv was not working so as the lamps. I immediately contacted the receptionist and they started repairing it. It took 1hr 15 minutes to solve the complaints and I asked the management to provide discount for the inconvenience that caused me. They were really arrogant and told me they won't provide any discounts or whatsoever. They told me that if you want to leave without staying then you can but still they will only provide 50% of the amount. Finally the next day they return rs.300 as reimbursement but what's the use after all this mess. Totally hated the stay and I advise everyone not to go there if you are planning for a peaceful stay.

Buffet service was the worst. All food was served cold and had very few dishes. All non veg food was sub standard. Chicken was overly fried and didn't have any proper pieces. Same story with the fish curry, no fish pieces basically and didn't look fresh either. No other non veg items. Standard items that you expect in any buffet (noodles, beef) were missing. Tried to raise this with the management but without much luck. Overly priced with pathetic service. I will stay away from this place. Really deserve no stars.

Nice hotel with good parking

A good place to hang out with friends.. you know what I mean... Its spacious enough to accomodate 6 people... More than that you may face a problem. The service was good. Food was average i would say. And the beer is slightly costly... But you will get a nice ambience

The property is situated on the outskirts of Kollam Town down the Quilon-Shenkottah Road.|The hotel has a 3-star rating. The Bar is not fully stocked. Choice of beers and drinks are limited. The buffet however is different. We drove in for lunch and was not disappointed. There was no beef or mutton on the menu but the food was tasty. Soup, Rotis, Gopi manchuria, chilly chicken, chicken curry, chicken deep-fried, fried rice, dal, rasam, rice, tuna fish-curry, pickles, thoran, avial etc was all available for 299 rupees plus tax.|The service was neat. The toilets clean. There was practically no crowd to enjoy the menu. I suppose it was because of the weather. It was raining heavily.|Xavier's buffet spread is a good way to spend an afternoon with your family..once you work up an appetite!
