The Quilon Beach Hotel & Convention Centre

Had a wonderful 4-day stay at Quilon Beach Hotel while attending a wedding at the same venue. The convention center was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, making the event seamless. We absolutely loved the breathtaking beach view from our room! The housekeeping team was prompt and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. One of the biggest surprises was the food--I didn't expect it to be this good! The breakfast buffet offered a delightful mix of Kerala delicacies, North Indian flavors, and continental dishes. We were so impressed that we personally called the chef to thank him for the excellent cuisine. A top-quality hotel in the heart of Kollam--highly recommended!

A nicely appointed hotel overlooking the beach in Kollam and near to where the canal flows through the City. ||We had a lovely suite that overlooked the beach to the rear and the waterway to the front. Plenty of room and well looked after with all the usual amenities for a hotel of this standard. The staff were very helpful and were of great assistance to my husband who now has some limited mobility. ||The restaurant had a lovely spread at breakfast and the bar overlooking the beach was an added welcome to escape the heat of the day. Nice Mojitos!||Thanks to all. A well run establishment. I would return.

Amazing stay, great Service, friendly staff. Would like to recognize the friendliness of Mr. Manu B. Greeting People with great smile and warm welcome. Nice beach view suites. Clean pool, beach access from backside. Hotel is being maintained as a 7star hotel. Highly recommended.

It's definitely not a five star hotel as claimed, compared to other 5 star properties. It's not worth the money you pay. Looks like it's the best not good hotel or so called a little premium hotel in the area, of course with a beach view and it's accessible. Service is not that great as we faced challenges. Like the AC we were unable to change temperature, water dripping constantly, made several complaints and even the technician visited but no action. You call for service it takes a lot of time. There are many small things, like you order food but no spoons, we asked for it but never came. So such attention to detail are missing. I asked for a room upgrade because we had issues with it but they didn't provide. Food is not recommended at all, it's poor. You can have the breakfast since it complementary. But only one thing I am very happy with is the head chef of the kitchen, I don't recall his name but the gentleman was very welcoming, he prepared and gave food every time we asked for my 6 months old baby, very well mannered and sweet gesture, so I am rating 5 for the service

From the moment I stepped into hotel I was greeted with impeccable service and an atmosphere of sheer luxury. The staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. The sea view especially during Sunset was mesmerizing . The attention to detail--from the plush bedding to the spotless cleanliness--was truly impressive. The dining experience was another highlight. The variety of cuisines, the quality of ingredients, and the presentation of dishes were nothing short of exceptional. I also appreciated the staff's expertise in recommending dishes and pairing drinks. The hotel's facilities, including the spa, pool, and fitness center, were top-notch. I especially loved the serene ambiance of the spa--it was a haven of relaxation. This is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience.

It was so nice to stay in quilon hotel, especially I took a room opposite to the beach view, it was an outstanding experience. Two days I have stayed, they given breakfast as a complimentary, they received us with nicely. It is the centre place for all the tourism spot.

We arrived at 2.30am and were checked in seamlessly. Stayed for 3 nights. Had a memorable time. Attended a wedding reception at the convention centre which was very well organized, the Sadhya was amazing. The staff were polite and very helpful especially Rita at the travel desk. If we happen to come to Kollam will stay here again.
