Such a worst hotel . It's worth for Rs.1000/- max. Nothing more than a local lodge. Shower not functioning, tap water is black in colour, no floor mat outside washroom, you cant take a shower on that black water. Toilet very unhygienic, no tea or restaurant. If u wish to drink tea, you have to walk 500 mtrs. No staff in reception after 8.30, you won't get a glass of water as well. Terrific experience

I booked a deluxe ac room via online platform and the check in time listed was 11 am and I had to wait for an hour at the hotel because the actual check in time was 12. I was not happy as the ac wasn't working properly and the washroom was not properly cleaned. I had to raise concerns to fix the ac and clean the washroom. The staffs were polite and cleaned the ac filter, unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue. The fan blades are full of dust, is another annoying thing. All these must have taken care before they gave the room and for the price they had charged. Please take care of these things before accepting booking as the customers have expectations for the amount that they spent.

There is no any rooms and toilet facilities for drivers and very bad service by hotel management

One of the worst place to stay in Kollam and worst service I have ever come across. I could never suggest this place even if they let me to stay here for free. Tiny rooms - Unhygienic toilet - Worst customer service. Let me share my experience - I made the booking in make my trip for a day. I checked in at around 5 PM and once I entered the room we realized it's not worth the amount that we paid for so we decided to look for another place to stay. The rooms were very small and the toilets were not clean it felt very unhygienic. The check out was at 12 PM. So we packed everything and went out in the morning and planned to come back at 12 and check out. At around 10:45 the receptionist called me and said I need to check out at 11 but I said the check out was at 12 so I will come then and check out. But unfortunately we got stuck in heavy rain and took a shelter near by the hotel (4kms from the place) waiting for the rain to come down. But it continued to rain heavily so I called the receptionist and explained the situation and said I'll come once the rain comes down but this is the exact words he said "It's none of our business. Our check out time is 12PM" and disconnected our call so I called the make my trip customer care and explained the situation and asked them to contact the hotel and request for the same. He did not pick the call so the customer care executive asked me to put him in the conference call when I did he said the same to them and said there are guest waiting to check in. So we got drenched and then got an auto and went to the hotel. There was not even a single person in the hotel other than us. The very same receptionist even commented on my aadhar card when I made the check in. Why does he even care about it? The hotel management should learn how to treat their customer. I stayed here for one night from May 13 to May 14th!

This is a hotel that does not provide parking facilities or bathroom facilities for drivers. I had a very bad experience here.

Nice rooms, loction is close to bus stop( less than 1 km ) and railway station. Autos are easily availabe to reach location. Staff is polite and helpful, speak english and malyalam, since hotel is new, rooms are quite clean and tidy. Best option for single person in 1k Ac room. Hotel doesn't have their own kitchen. But resturants is there on ground floor and food can be ordered in room as well.

This is owned by the owners of Azeezia Medical College. They have Wifi and room service. They have a restaurant on the ground floor. Rooms are okay with AC, nice bed, but size is not big enough. Rooms do not have enough space for us to move around. Breakfast might be difficult to get if the occupancy is less. In that case the room boy will buy you breakfast from outside and give it to you. It is a family getaway place because there is no disturbance. There is no bar or any other kinds of disturbance which is good for family. Only disadvantages I found was the limited car parking and small rooms. The building is still under construction.
