Janardhana Ressidency is a simple, affordable option in the city center. The rooms are clean but small, with basic amenities like Tv and air conditioning. Staff are helpful, and the location is excellent--close to attractions and restaurants. and the bathroom is a bit dated, but for the price, it's a decent choice for short stays.

One of the best budget hotel in kollam, close to railway station, best part is hygiene, neat rooms, friendly and helping staffs. Pure veg resturant is also there, serving delicious food, over all very satisfied stay thanks to sree janardhana teams, definitely i will stay here, when i come to kollam, thanks

I recently stayed at Janardhana Residency for two days. The property is located on the main road, not very far from the second entrance of Kollam Junction Railway Station. There is a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor of the same building. The staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean.
