Absolutely loved this property. It is within walking distance of Kollam Railway Station. The property was booked en masse for a wedding. Check-in was really smooth. The rooms are extremely spacious with decent beds that can easily accommodate 6-9 people. We booked a room with three beds for six members. The bathroom is spacious with 24/7 hot water and power backup. If you are looking for spacious accommodation for large groups near Kollam Railway Station, do not even consider other places; choose this one directly.

The place is really quite, clean and maintained very well by the owner. Good wifi. Clean water facility in the office. As i was solo traveller the he size of the room was just perfect ror me, but can be small if you are 2 people.

Decent 2 bed rooms apt for working people. Best rates with nearby access to shopping needs and bus stand. Stayed here for my graduation ceremony. Lots of rooms available. Good for corporate guests and bulk booking.

Excellent place with all necessary facilities at very affordable price. Very neat and clean rooms with good parking space. Sure we will stay next time.

We booked 4 rooms and it was a nice stay. Perfect property for short stay or budget friendly stay. It is located near to kollam town and neatly maintained. They provided early check-in and late check out facility since they have rooms available. Also owner and staffs are friendly.

The rooms are small but good. Very good service. Friendly and very helpful staff. We couldn't get an Uber to Thiruvananthapuram and the receptionist there helped us with a taxi as well. He was great. We got everything we asked for!
