Very kind person at the reception and helping nature. The room quality is not good. Not worth for the amount we paid. OYO should concentrate on the customer satisfaction as well instead of only collecting the monkey. Oyo is very bad, I tried more than 50 times for the support but never connected to their customers care number as mentioned in the email/ portal/link etc.

That's not even a room, it is the worst room I ever stay in my life. Waste of money. Don't believe the image they show in oyo app, lits a completely different room. I would rate 0 if I can.

The room was good and good space for price . We visit the place at October and we stay there two days . No distractions from nobody.we can mind our on business. We have on cost for two people for 700 only for one day . Its worth of stay . We can access kollam town . Because the hotel room was center of the chinnakkada. We can flexible for our journey

Very bad service. We booked for two rooms but they allocated single room when we reached hotel for checked-in @night. We were in the tensed condition due to this. We were unable to sleep at night due to mosquito bite. The double room is very small to accommodate 6 members. It was in hot condition in the room. The mosquito net was fixed for windows. So we opened the window to reduce to hot condition. But all the mosquitos came inside. Because all the mosquito nets were damaged due the lack of maintenance.

Great service. Very helpful people. Rooms are worth the money. No issues except that amount of mosquitoes was very high even though we never opened windows. Bathroom in room is okay, normal condition good only. The room felt very humid and warm but that may be more because of weather rather than ventilation.

SCAM ALERT. I booked a room in this hotel through one of the most popular booking platforms. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was full. One day before my check in they send me a message that "they are expecting me in the hotel". I think it was a joke. The hotel was obviously not full. Hotel staff showed no willingness to help.

worst experience ! We vacated room within 30min after paying full amount. .not recommended !very bad behavior from staff reception rooms are not clean.

I am also facing the same issues In OYO , they are saying that single room available but it is not. Receptionist dont know how to serve customer. Very bad impression .. I didnt took room there just because of their character. Booked a room in Oyo but after reached the hotel they said that Jo tourist is not tie up with Oyo. So u have to book room separately. Not yet received my partial payment
