Centrally located right in the heart of Kollam Town, with in less than 1 km from Kollam railway station and opposite to Corporation Clock Tower, hotel Nani has steadfastly stood the test of time, retaining the newness of a new hotel. I had stayed here in 2015. After a decade, it still merits the rating of a good hotel in Kollam. Rooms are serviced and all necessary toiletries are replenished daily. Tea kettle and accessories are provided. Room service is excellent. Complaints and requests are attended promptly. The staffs are courteous and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and service is good. However, restaurant menu is very limited. Break fast buffett spread has only few options. Besides, restaurant functions only up to 3 PM. Dinner is served only in rooms. Apart from that I still feel that Hotel Nani is a good choice for staying with family while in Kollam.

Overrated. I like the location of the hotel. But poor cleanliness. Poor service. Room 301 was very small. Water leak from refrigerator. No mat outside the bathroom. Even after informing the reception, they didn't bother to provide one. Mosquitoes. Also smell of cigarettes when we opened the door. Food was good. Restaurant was near and felt royal.
It's a perfect stay, the atmosphere is super good and the breakfast is ordinary. Room Amenities is also commendable.its in a good location bus stop and railway station are nearby.
Such a good property in heart of city. Don't expect pleasant behaviour from front desk staff especially ladies. Their response feels very rude with a lot of attitude over the guest. Hotel is good Management please hire better front office staffs . They are the front face of ur hotel Also your housekeeping staff behaviour are far better than front desk ladies

Would like to rate the hotel in negative stars. On the day of my checkin the hotel called to say that the centralised AC was not working. I had booked through MMT. The timing of their call made it quite difficult for me to cancel the booking. I was told the AC would be repaired the next day. Unfortunately they could not fix the AC and I was forced to endure two sleepless nights at the hotel.
Terrible Service and Rude Staff - Avoid This Hotel! I had an absolutely horrible experience with Hotel Nani in Kollam. As part of an event management team, I booked two rooms for our guests. On the day of checkout, I requested the hotel management to assist in the checkout process since I couldn't be physically present at that moment. However, instead of being accommodating, the staff displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. The receptionist, Adheena, was shockingly rude and arrogant in her behavior. She spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone and treated me as if I were trying to deceive them. Such treatment is both unacceptable and deeply insulting. This kind of behavior is a disgrace to the hospitality industry, where customer service should be the top priority. The staff here clearly lack basic manners, and the management seems to have no control over how their employees interact with customers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Hotel Nani if you expect to be treated with respect and decency. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had.
