I recently stayed at Lekshman palace and had an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay. The hotel was absolutely fab, its 4 star rating is true to its name! The rooms were so tidy and luxurious, and the bathrooms were just so clean. The only reason it's not a 5 star hotel is because it does not have something unique about it, like a pool or waterpark, or like a spa. But if you're in the area and are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable definitely go check this place out!!

My stay at Lekshman Palace Hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant experience. The reception staff and manager were unprofessional and lacked the knowledge required to assist guests effectively. Their attitude was indifferent, and they seemed uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was negative, and the altitude of the staff left much to be desired. It was evident that customer service was not a priority for them. The lack of professionalism and knowledge among the staff was concerning and greatly impacted my stay. Additionally, the condition of the hotel was subpar. The facilities were not well-maintained, and the cleanliness was lacking. The overall ambiance was unpleasant, and it did not feel like a welcoming environment. Overall, my experience at Lekshman Palace Hotel was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The unprofessionalism of the staff, coupled with the poor condition of the hotel, made for a truly unpleasant experience.

I had a nine-day stay at the 4-star hotel Lekshman Palace in Kollam, Kerala. I had a positive experience with the front desk staff, specifically Karthik and Akash. They were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I was pleased with the housekeeping staff, especially Angelo, found to be skilled and smart. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay at Lekshman Palace.

Beautiful and spacious bedrooms. Good and very hospitable staff. Rooms maintained very well. Delicious food especially seafood. Overall very comfortable and happy stay. Highly Recommended for families.

Very bad service from lady staff from the reception. Don't know how to handle the customers
