KTDC Aqua Land

Aqua Land is a good hotel with beautiful location and and well maintained rooms. The hotel is situated in the center of the city and easily accessible. The tariff is reasonable. The staff is courteous and service oriented. Bathrooms are big and all rooms are lake facing. It is only 2 stories high with no lift facility. We had a lot of mosquitos in the room they entered from the main door gaps. The complimentary breakfast if average and we had to constantly ask for refills. This is their week area. Lot of improvement is required in the food service.

Nice view from room. Very clean rooms and restaurant. They serve delicious meal and very quick room service too. Staff is very helpful and polite. We celebrate 31st eve here with delicious dinner.

Wonderful atmosphere, good value, tidy, clean rooms with all the necessities (TV, air conditioning, heater, etc.) The property's view of the Ashtamudi backwaters creates a revitalizing atmosphere.

Very nice ambience, well maintained room and bathroom exactly almost right in the town but away from the polluted roadsides. Having fine dining area, parking space and also a good boat jetty adjacent to the lake infront of this hotel. Hence this hotel of KTDC is highy recommendable for families, corporates, travelers those who are coming to kollam

First time we are staying in a ktdc it's awsom property. .exelent service. .as ksrc stand road closed for work we rounded alots finally one receptionist come to us (time 10.30 pm)..they said 3star but...this property 5star worth

Very disappointed..food was so bad and very spicy especially the Biriyani!!! I don't wanna call that a biriyani..it's not a biriyani!!! They're serving vegetable rice with chicken and charging 190 rupees..that's so unfair...! It's horrendous ..and the chilli chicken was so spicy..never recommend this restaurant, really bad food ,just waste of money

Very good view, rooms and food. Very cooperative staff. Good connectivity with tourist places and beach.

Room was small and Bathroom was big in size.. Normally its a decent stay
