Beautiful stay! Kollam Beach Resort is a perfect place to stay in kollam,Kerela. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The resort's manager has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to him with all your concerns. On my next stay, I will definitely check into kollam beach resort again. The price performance ratio is very good."

Yesterday, (11-12-2024) between 3:45 PM and 4:30 PM, we arrived at this hotel. We had booked through Agoda, where the total amount was around 1,500, with a 75% discount. However, the hotel manager's behavior was unacceptable. He told me that he couldn't provide us with an AC room. When I asked why, his response was very unprofessional. I'm kindly requesting everyone not to choose this hotel. He even used bad language in front of my wife, which was extremely disrespectful.

Budget friendly stay and worth your money. Friendly staff and Excellent service. Special shout out to Sreeraj for hosting us and coordinating our itinerary. Hardly 10-15 mins away from Bus stand and railway station.I highly recommend Kerala Beach Resort for anyone visiting the area.
